INSTRUCTIONS FROM A MOTHER TO A SON:
I have been presenting to our Lord Jesus Christ,
the importance to me of my son;
Laying aside all the parallelisms...
His Good News being for everyone;
Which one is easier to say, He said,
Your sins be forgiven or pick up your bed?
(and walk right out of that terrible Lie);
So, this is a ‘given’ that can’t be denied.
The way that He has been speaking to me,
with that foundation in place:
If He has not instantly healed you,
with ‘choices symptoms’ being erased...
It’s time for you to hear what to do,
so that wholeness can appear in His life for you;
The diagnosis that you already knew:
Your tongue, being swollen, is too big for you
The extra pounds have narrowed your throat;
So, a diet is good and has Jesus vote.
Now, I know that ‘zapping’ irritates you;
In your opinion; a lot of voodoo!
But, as your mother, I’m asking you:
To hear this instruction in the steps that you do.
Your medical knowledge, by far, surpasses mine;
But, the ‘trump card’ I mentioned is: the amount of time...
I spend in communication with Him,
to hear what He’s saying for the healing of Jim.
Even if you’re not fully persuaded,
obedience is His way, with order ‘related’.
Otherwise, He really mess-up the plan;
He should have had every child born a full man!
You will, then, start to notice in each circumstance:
all ‘things’ start bowing their knee...
to the son of The King that is being prepared,
to walk out his destiny.
Your soul and your body will give great opposition;
But, eventually, they’ll thank you...because your spirit-man listened;
Obedient steps, in the things that you know,
gives instant watering so your faith will grow.
This isn’t a matter of ‘earning’ your position;
But, rather, a matter of completing submission...
so that you can be trusted with training your children,
in His way that they should go;
That places their hand in Jesus hands...
because your obedience shows.
Obedience, of course, being: Believing Him
and responding with actions in the sight of demons.
You can talk all day long, ‘till you’re blue in the face,
about self-centeredness that you’ve observed;
There’s only one way to remedy this:
Let them see growing in you what you’ve heard!
Simple steps that carry much weight;
The power of God can then gravitate...
to unlock to you every heart’s desire,
that was put there by Him each night you retire...
And, wake up refreshed, as you start each day;
Confidently expecting: He can now do what you say.
This will complete ‘The Great Divorce’;
your oneness with Him, as you enter His course.
I would be amiss, if I didn’t tell you this:
In the way that I trained you to go...
there would be just ‘regrets’ and not ‘repentance’,
with the ‘things’, then, that I didn’t know;
But, I know more now; this, that I’ve shared to do;
and I’m delighted, my son, to see JESUS GROWING IN YOU!!!
